Hi!  My name is Michael Molnar and I am the founder and owner of Escape A / V! I have been playing with electronics my whole life.  Starting out very young, Santa Clause brought me an electronics set.  I was able to make lights work, rig up a burglar alarm in my bedroom and make different sounds with a speaker.  I was hooked!

 

My professional career started at Service Merchandise.  I started as a salesman,  and was quickly promoted to sales lead and eventually I managed the department.  I had the number one department in the southeast.  I still hold dear the values I was taught there and continue to use most of them today.  

 

From retail to custom I went to work at Audio Advice in Raleigh.  I learned the art of custom installation from the best installers in the business. That experience led me to Best Buy the last job I held before starting Escape A / V.  The experience I gained working for those customers is invaluable to me as the owner of my own company.

 

Escape A / V was born in November of 2002 and since then we have completed over a thousand projects!  

 

There are many people I would like to thank for my sucess both in business and life.  First and foremost I owe everything I am to my parents who instilled in me the values of honesty and integrity.

 

My mentor was George Naro a dear friend of my family.  He taught me the basics of electricity and would always bring me different "projects" to complete when he visited.  He passed away when I was young but I still think of him every day and reach out to him when I have an issue I am trying to resolve!  His spirit will always be part of my life!
